Instructions for Use in Microwave. 1.) Make sure your microwave is clean, operating correctly, and that you are using microwaveable bowls or plates. 2.) Keep your bowl cozies clean. All spills in microwaves or on cozy can actually catch fire!!!! 3.) Cook for a maximum of 2 minute increments, check, rotate bowl and start again if you need more cook time. 4.) Machine wash and dry cozies on warm, not hot settings. Do not use fabric softeners. 5.) If you don’t always keep things clean, these still work by just carefully scooping hot bowls from less than clean appliance into cozies kept outside microwave just like any hotpad or towel.
