Teal , Brown and Black Wolfspaw Ring and Panel Texture Stamped Belt, Scalloped Leather Conchos

$80.00

THIS 2-1/4” WIDE BELT FITS WAIST OR HIP 35”-41”. PLEASE MEASURE TO ASSURE FIT

A staple of Fabriquewerx aesthetic is the ring and panel style Belt featuring various sizes of heavier leather cut into elongated eight sided panels that are linked with rings (not always the same size) riveted and glued via thin 3/4’’ strips to form a belt that conforms more easily to a curvy body than the usual straight strap of leather.

This one uses 5 2-1/4” W panels or segments —a back panel that measures 9-1/2” L, 2 side panels that are 4-3/4” L , a buckle carrier panel measuring 4-1/4 L, and the 4-1/4” panel that seamlessly extends to the 1-1/2” strap end of the belt with holes at 1” increments: starting at 5” from the ring connector to 11” with a 3-1/2” tail.

(2) 1-1/4” rings on either side of the back segment and (2) 1” rings connect the side panels with 3/4” lighter weight strapping which are riveted (and glued) in place with 2 rivets onto each segment giving the belt a final size that will fit waist or hip 35” to 41”.

You must measure waist (hip) to insure fit, as I do not refund products. Your pant size is not your waist size. (possible minor adjustments see below)

The decorative motif of stamped wolfspaw scalloped conchos is likewise an iconic part of the Fabriquewerx style. This version uses 5 of them, glued, and stitched onto the center of the two sides, to the strap end front panel , and spaced evenly to either side of the nickel “howling at the moon wolf” charm that is sewn to the middle of the longer back panel.

The panels were carved with 1/4” lines all around (dyed black), then given horizonal stripes at about 1/2” from top and bottom and antiqued brown (java brown) after they were textured and stamped. (see more below).

The hardware is nickel plated, including the rings, rivets, and squarish 1-1/2” recycled buckle that was sewn and riveted in place. All the panels have been lined with glued on black suede cloth to neatly cover (protect) the stitching and riveting. The pouch shown in other listings is sold separately.

Remember you must measure precisely to assure fit. Belt will fit waists 35” to 41” and that pant waist size is very often not your actual waist size. NO REFUNDS GIVEN.

You may be able to add 1 more hole to extend the size by 1 “, but to make it 1 “ smaller you would need to actually cut the strap end panel to get another functional hole. It is best to inquire about customizing (asking for a custom reproduction in the correct size) if your measurements do not fall in the 35” to 41” range. No Refunds offered. The dark bottom of the the panels are stamped with a sunburst look border tool under the stripe line, then darkened to a deeper darker (bison) brown. The teal cloudy texture of the upper stripe is achieved by using the triweave stramp to randomly fill the space, then painted turquoise and darkened with black, just as the conchos were. The belt was oiled then finished with 3 layers of acrylic satin sheen, to set the dyes and paints.
